What to include
- what you were trying to do and what happened instead;
- your Company name and account email;
- whether you are an Owner, Admin, or Collaborator;
- the web page or mobile screen where the problem occurred;
- your device, operating system, browser, and approximate time of the issue; and
- a screenshot only after removing unrelated personal or payroll information.
Start with your Company when appropriate
Collaborators should ask their Company Owner or Admin about schedules, Assignments, approved hours, payment, payroll, compensation, and workplace policy. CrewLog supplies the software but does not make those operational or employment decisions for a Company.
