01

Agreement & account authority

By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using CrewLog, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a Company, you confirm that you may bind that Company. “Company” means the customer workspace; “Company Member” includes Owners, Admins, and Collaborators.

Owners control the Company account and may grant Admin access. You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting credentials, and promptly reporting unauthorized access to support@getcrewlog.app.

02

What CrewLog provides

CrewLog is an operational record system for Events, crew, Work Days, Assignments, Time Entries, approvals, Correction Notices, Work Requests, and Exports. It helps Companies prepare records for payroll or accounting; it is not payroll, legal, tax, employment, accounting, or payment advice.

Companies remain responsible for schedules, worker classification, compensation, required breaks, approvals, payroll calculations, tax treatment, and compliance with employment or collective-bargaining rules. An Export is only a snapshot of records approved in CrewLog.

03

Subscriptions & payment

  • Current Product Tiers, limits, billing cadence, and prices are shown before Checkout.
  • Published prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Stripe calculates applicable tax during Checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled through the Billing Portal or another route we provide.
  • Cancelling stops future renewal; paid access normally continues through the current billing period.
  • Fees already charged are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise or we expressly agree.
  • A Trial or Beta/Free Access may be limited, changed, or ended; we will not charge without a Checkout authorization.

Product Tier limits apply to active or invited Collaborators and Control Seats as described in the service. We may restrict creation of additional records when a Company exceeds its tier, without deleting historical operational records.

04

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use CrewLog unlawfully or to violate another person’s privacy, employment, or intellectual-property rights;
  • upload malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities, bypass limits, interfere with the service, or access another Company’s data;
  • share credentials in a way that defeats role-based access or misrepresent your identity or authority;
  • scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or reproduce the service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
  • use CrewLog as the sole safety-critical system for live production or emergency decisions.
05

Your data & our product

You retain rights in content submitted to CrewLog. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display it to operate and secure the service. A Company is responsible for instructions it gives and data its users enter.

CrewLog’s software, branding, interface, and documentation remain ours or our licensors’. Feedback may be used to improve the product without payment, but we will handle personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

06

Availability & changes

We aim to keep CrewLog reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, provider incidents, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the service. We may change features when needed for security, law, reliability, or product development.

We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect CrewLog or others, respond to unlawful use, enforce these Terms, or address unpaid fees. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

07

Ending the service

You may stop using CrewLog and an Owner may request Company-account closure. Before closure, export any records the Company must retain. We may terminate the agreement for a material breach, prolonged non-payment, legal requirement, or discontinuation of the service, subject to any notice required by law.

Sections that by their nature should survive—such as payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—remain effective after termination.

08

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewLog is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by inaccurate Company records, employment decisions, payroll calculations, third-party services, or failure to maintain an independent operational backup.

Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees paid by the affected Company for CrewLog during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, wilful misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights.

09

Law, disputes & changes

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Mandatory consumer protections and statutory venue rules remain unaffected. Business customers agree to first contact us in good faith at support@getcrewlog.app to try to resolve a dispute.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced through an appropriate service or email notice and will apply from the stated effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
